I purchased my truck about 2 years ago, it had the half wrap steering wheel already, but the half wrap was separating so bad and i ordered a new one, was shipped fast and looked amazing when new but only 5 months or so after it started separating again, i like the steering wheel but the ring not so much. Is there another ring option i can use on it? Like a solid wood one i can paint? Just don’t want another vinyl wrapped

I normally don’t do this, but you asked.
The steering wheel was purchased about three years ago, but sat in an unopened box in a closet in the air conditioning and since installing approximately a year ago, the material is separating from the steering wheel. I called and expressed my concern about the matter, and was told it was bought too long ago for anything to be done.
So I purchased a new one which came in on time and as described. I’m very pleased about that!
Not pleased of the durability of the original steering wheel.
